Three or More Dice Game Rules
Three or More is a dice game for 2-6 players. A game typically takes 10-20 minutes, and the recommended age is 6+.
Rules for Three or More: Roll five dice and collect three, four or five of a kind to score points, round after round.
Setup
Three or More is played with five dice, paper and a pencil. Two to six players can join, and everyone rolls in turn. Agree on the number of rounds before you start. Five rounds suits most groups.
How to play
On your turn you roll all five dice, hoping for at least three dice showing the same value.
If you roll exactly one pair, you may pick up the other three dice and roll them one more time to try to turn the pair into a set. If the roll gives you no matching dice at all, you score nothing and the turn passes on.

Scoring
After your roll, note your points:
- Three of a kind: 3 points
- Four of a kind: 6 points
- Five of a kind: 12 points
The number on the dice makes no difference. Three ones are worth exactly as much as three sixes.
Winning
When all the rounds are played, each player adds up their points, and the highest total wins. If it is a tie, play one extra round to settle it.
